Ronald J. Mann is the “Albert E. Cinelli Enterprise Professor of Law” and co-director of the “Charles Evans Gerber Transactional Studies Center” at Columbia Law School. 

Prof. Mann is a nationally recognized scholar in bankruptcy and related areas of law. 

His prior connections to the U.S. Supreme Court include:

  • Clerking for Justice Lewis F. Powell Jr. at the U.S. Supreme Court; and
  • Arguing cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, as assistant to the U.S. Solicitor General.

Prof. Mann is the author of many publications, including a fabulous book that should be in every bankruptcy professional’s library, titled “Bankruptcy and the U.S. Supreme Court” (published by Cambridge University Press in 2017). Here is a link for purchasing the book on Amazon.
